Estimation of Road & Infra structure HV & LV cabling & HV Substation works using CCS candy Software.
Estimation of Package substation, Distribution substation and Switching substation works as per ADDC, DEWA and kharamma regulations
Estimation of Street lighting and cabling works including the knowledge of PLMS system.
Estimation of substation DMS integration works requirements.
Knowledge of ADDC, ADM, DEWA, KHARAMAA regulation for Infra & road cabling, Street lighting and HV substation works.
Estimation of Road & Infra structure works for different type of contract like re measurable contract, lump sum contract and rate agreement contract.
As a Senior Electrical engineer in tendering department and also in addition to that given site project engineering support to construction project. Nature of work includes providing complete electrical cost estimation, design reviews, value engineering and co-ordination of project requirement as per site execution related to the commercial & infrastructure construction project and also one of the team leaders in the company for different project
Review tender documentation and establish good understanding of client’s requirements in relation to
trade discipline and project.
Co-ordinate &Manage a team of Junior Estimators for big project by properly monitoring tender progress
status, reviewing general tender documents and giving guidance to group members etc...
Attendance at Pre tender & Post tender review meeting, providing clear concise reports to Estimating
Manager as to make up of tender including any exclusions or assumptions made to enable as valued
decision to be made in terms of the submission
Assist Estimating Manager during Tender Submission for the Preparation of Indirect cost like Prelims and
Overhead Cost by using
Co-ordinate the project requirements as per the site execution.
Making Shop drawing and taking approval from consultant
Making of Procurement schedule as per project Planning schedule,
Responsible for the preparation and submission of technical submittals in order for the approval from
consultants.
Material Procurement as per site execution and procurement schedule
Co-ordination with Suppliers for delivering materials at correct time
Execution of Projects as per the Standards and Shop Drawings.
Testing and commissioning of completed Projects.
Attending Preventive and break Down maintenance of all Substation equipment’s like High Voltage Circuit
Breakers, Power Transformers, PTs and CTs
Taking actions According to the Faults occurring in the feeder
Checking of Load Variation and Volt age Variation of Feeders
Maintenance all Ground lighting facility Systems including Runway Lights, PAPI lights, flood Lights,
Taxiway lights
Maintenance of CCR(Constant current Regulator)
Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Half yearly and yearly Maintenance Report of all GLF systems
