In-process inspection
• Complying with operational procedures and instructions when performing all job tasks and activities
• Ensuring only approved and QC accepted raw materials are used in the manufacturing process.
• Ensuring that the production process comply with the technical Know-How documents & Quality Assurance
Procedures
• Conducting the refractive index check of the epoxy resin/hardener mix ratio to ensure it meets the set
requirements
• Checking and monitoring the ambient temperature and humidity
• Witness the production processes and ensure that the relevant approved Raw Material Calculation and Machine
Set ups are followed to meet the project requirements
• Informing the non-conformances immediately to the responsible Machine Captains and other employees in
the Production and QC departments so corrective actions can be taken
Online / Offline Inspection of Pipes and Couplers
• Inspecting the RTR Pipes and Couplers as per the requirements of product drawings following the inspection
and testing program
• Selecting QC samples during the production process as per the inspection program and/or project IPs as
applicable.
Threading Inspection.
• Inspecting threaded pipes and couplers according to API 5B and API 15HR
• checking ovality and crest diameter using MRP2000 and taper angle using Taper gauge(Gauge maker)
• checking standoff using ring and plug gauges and thread height and addendum using Respective Gauges.
Non-destructive testing
• Conducting the non-destructive tests as per the ITP requirement
• Witness the routine hydro tests for the Pipes and Couplers
Destructive Testing
• Conducting the destructive tests in accordance to the and project commitments agreed with Client/consultant
• Witness and monitoring the short term and medium term survival tests periodically.

• Supervised the installation of GRP/GRV/GRE(RTR) piping systems at Al Jubail Desalination Plant.
• Inspected incoming materials, raised Material Inspection Reports (MIRs), and coordinated with clients for
approval.
• Oversaw GRP pipe butt wrap joint lamination and adhesive joint inspections as per vendor criteria.
• Conducted fit-up inspections, bond length verification, and Barcol hardness tests for quality assurance.
• Performed final level checks of piping elevation before backfilling.
• Led hydrostatic pressure testing and prepared hydro test packages for GRP pipelines.
• Supervised and inspected the installation of Butterfly valves, non-return valves (Check Valves), and flow meters.
• Verified proper bolt torquing using calibrated torque wrenches.
• Conducted pipe deflection tests before and after backfilling to ensure structural integrity.
• Coordinated with the engineering team to implement corrective actions for issued Non-Conformance Reports
(NCRs).
• Assisted in safety inspections, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
• Provided technical guidance to construction teams, resolving installation challenges in real time.
• Maintained detailed inspection reports and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
