**Job Description & Duties:
o Assist in supervising the construction Works and report to the Resident Engineer.
o Check and measure the performed work, record and assist the Resident Engineer to display progress vs. programmed work.
o Coordinate with the contractor engineers on scheduling and application of resources.
o Direct, assist and monitor the performance of the inspectors and surveyors.
o Prepare & Assist in the preparation of Weekly and Monthly progress reports.
o Chair the meetings with the utilities agencies and any other meetings delegated by the Resident Engineer.
o Reviewing of Contractor submittals like Materials Submittals, Prequalification, method statements, shop drawings, design proposals, and other activities including correspondence related to Construction works and prepare replies for the review of the Resident Engineer.
o Maintain the daily reports by the inspectors.
o Provide all necessary on-site direction and assist the Resident Engineer to issue site instructions.

**Job Description & Duties:
o Plan project requirements and resources, including the sourcing of subcontract elements.
o Track tasks against the project timing plan.
o Quality control of work by appropriate reviews, Support and lead process improvement activities
o Podium Manager In-charge ( Concrete work, Steel Structure work, Addendums, Finishing works, Water Proofing works …etc )
o Steel Structure Package Manager In-Charge ( Podium, Hotel & Residential Tower )
o Zone Manager for 15 Floors at Residential Tower .
o Coordinate, Manage & Technical advisor for in-house Manpower & Subcontractors
o Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties that may arise .
o Arrange and hold Progress & coordination meetings with Sub. Contractors, and all project parties (Technical Office Team, MEP Team, , , etc)

• Oversee execution of civil and structural works,
ensuring compliance with approved drawings,
specifications, and project standards.
• Provide technical guidance as the primary on
site advisor for in-house teams and
subcontractors, resolving complex construction
challenges.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan
and allocate resources, including manpower,
materials, and equipment, to maintain project
timelines, quality, and cost objectives.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, supervising
site labor and subcontractor performance to
ensure productivity, quality, and safety
compliance.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical or
operational issues that may arise during
construction, minimizing delays and maintaining
project standards.

**Job Description & Duties :
o Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site
facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
o Supervise Pre-Cast Erection works and Prepare Erection Plan, time frames .
o Solve critical problems, discrepancies and discuss with the construction manager any possibility of modifying techniques, procedures, criteria to solve encountered complex problems.
o Prepare status updates Reports, Monitoring, and introduce any design
suggestions as per site condition .
o Schedule material, equipment purchases.
