 Coordinate and controlling all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, Shop/Construction/As-Built drawings, Method Statements, Request for Inspection (RFI), Materials submittals, pre-qualifications, and obtain the BCC and GIS approvals from various authorities in Qatar such as Municipality and Asghal.

Preparing the completion documents for Ministry, Client and Consultants such as BCC, GIS, O&MM & Other.

 Assisting/providing full document supports for Commercial/Legal department to process such as Claim, ICC Arbitration.

 Preparation and submission of Drawings, Method statement & Docs Transmittals to Consultant / Client for approvals and follow up as well.

 Input document data into the standard registers provided by Client/Consultant, ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.

 Generate the various document control reports as required.

 Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff in order to achieve the target of project on time frame, Ex: subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
 Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.

 Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.

 Maintain the files and control logs as required by the Project/Company.

 Preparing RFI, Daily Progress Report, MOM. etc

 Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangement of all employees.

 Monitor of all employees passport and visa expiration and assisting all immigration related work such as Visa Renewal, Exit Permit and other duties assign by HRM.

 General administration and support including typing, ordering stationeries, Assist / solve PC, Printer and Plotter error, office organization like curriers, copying, filling & binding documents
