Responsibilities,
- Preparation, manage Baseline and Revised programs, Complete Submission to Client and Consultant
- Preparation of S-curve of cash flow, equipment and manpower histograms from primavera for
program submission.
- Project tracking, updating the program in weekly basis, preparing updated baseline program, monthly
and weekly lookaheads for the projects.
- Preparation of Daily, monthly and weekly project progress reports with Earned Value Analysis using
labour and cost.
- Prepare and tracking monthly payment submitted, certified and received and enter at overall project
Executive Report.
- Attending Site Progress Meeting with client, consultant and tracking the Progress Percentage for
Meeting.
- Monitoring updated program of projects and notify projects mangers with project delays and
preparation of recovery program to catch up delays if required.
- Preparation of project interim Extension of Time claims.
* Coordinate schedule from multiple sub-contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
* Preparation of breakdown from BOQ and calculate the cost, duration and resources of each activities to load while preparing the base line program.
* Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating WBS using Primavera projects.
* Project tracking, updating weekly and preparing monthly and weekly lookaheads
* Coordinate schedule from multiple sub-contractors and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
* Prepare and tracking monthly payment submitted, certified and received log and coordinating with all responsible people to collect all the required details.
- Setting out according to the drawing and monitoring the quality expected with the site officers
- Project planning including time frame for the sub activities, resource requirement, procurement of material, specialized sub-contractors for the work.
- Checking construction drawing issued by the consultant for the adequacy of details and educating the site engineer to implement the same. .
- Project management including planning and scheduling of material, machineries and manpower
- Maintain Safety Arrangements relevance to the Contract Traffic Management Plan, Safety standards and Site conditions
- Involved preparing test cubes, slump test on concreting works and compaction tests on Road works
for the work.
- Daily, weekly, monthly progress monitoring and identify the lack of facilities if any affecting the progress of work
- Checking the Quality of material and get the approvals and relevant Certificates from the consultant and manufacturer.
- Preparation of payment certificates for sub-contractors
