• Responsible for Mobile Banking Application development and delivery for IT Channels team.

• Responsible for end-to-end Project Management ensuring effective planning and execution of all project lifecycle activities including but not limited to creating and managing Project Management Plan, Risks and Issues management, Resource Utilization, Budgeting, Stakeholder Management and Project communications.
• Successfully managed and delivered Java technology projects using Spring, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3 to deliver device agnostic, platform independent & highly responsive end user applications for Emirates Airlines
• Prepare Project Management Plan, manage development team and continuously track and report progress to Project stakeholders.
• Perform Vendor Evaluations, Analyze the responses to the RFTs and seek any clarifications and prepare Vendor Evaluation Report
