Microbiologist

Managing microbiological laboratory operations with tasks including testing & analysis of raw materials, finished products etc. identifying deviations and taking corrective actions.

Conversant with various laboratory functions for the purpose of carrying out research, development, analysis and scientific investigations. Experienced with 5S, GMP and HACCP.

I am responsible for the microbiological analysis of food and water samples which we receive for the quality analysis followed by the result validation and documentation.

My job is to handle research projects and carry on all the Biotechnological Experiments. I addition to this I need to guide the student who comes for the training.
