• Accountable for:
- Implementing and monitoring all electrical related works at site
- Estimating, preparing and assigning the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution
- Interpreting construction drawings and study the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs
• Rendering engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
• Instrumental in planning the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.
• Liaising with client / consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works
• Preparing and submitting site daily reports, weekly progress reports, 3 week look ahead schedule, inspection requests, and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required
• Providing support to the Construction Manager in accomplishing all the goals & targets for the electrical groups at site
• Ascertaining that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable quality standards
• Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
• Carrying out the other related duties as and whenever required by the Construction Manager
• Project planning schedule preparation & Maintain daily progress report.
• Incoming material Inspection & make ready for Erection.
• Ensure health & safety at the work in sites.
• Monitoring execution of work at sites is ensuring the Drawing / Standards.
• Implementation of Quality at the work in sites.
• Ensure completion of Substations Erection & Testing without any pending issues.
