• Assist in audit of pavement material production facilities including hot mix plant, aggregate road base plant, crushing plants and laying site equipment.
• Assist ANAS during their regular audit process of pavement layers on construction practices, materials, plants and supervision
• Close monitoring and on-site supervision of construction works including technical advise and assistance to the Contractor and working group to ensure required quality, strength and smoothness of finished pavement layers
• Supervision of material testing at site as well as in laboratories and report to CM /RE, Organize and guide materials inspectors on their daily works.
• Plant and factory inspection. Ensure that all materials used at site are complying with the project specification.
• Provide inputs to the monthly/weekly/QAQC reports & plan
• Follow up of Material Inspection request. Co-ordinate with the contractors materials engineer for arrangements of sampling and testing of materials
• Inspection of finished pavement works and assist in preparation of snag list/completion of works/maintenance schedule for maintenance period

Project: Yas Island development(Retail Mall-Roads and Ramps-) Infrastructure woks including twenty bridges and roads to accommodate a major retail mall in Yas island development
Responsibilities:
• Review and approve Material Submittals, Method Statements and ITP for conformity with the Contract Documents.
• Conducts quality audits.
• Review and approval of materials test reports.
• Overview sampling and testing
• Monitor the frequency and number of tests required for every operation
• Report any failing or borderline test results immediately to Construction manager/RE.
• Co-ordinate with the contractor on work priorities and schedules
• Maintain neat accurate records
• Manage of site laboratory,

• Records and follow ups corrective and preventive actions taken for non-compliant materials and ensuring its effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Protection culverts, 9 kms of five lane dual freeway through yas island over two creek
bridges, 53000 M2 soil panel retaining wall.

Main responsibilities Includes:
• Conducts material audit and site inspection for Abu Dhabi Municipality Road Central Laboratory.
• Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice and report to Chief of Central Laboratory.
• Verify with Independent Testing Laboratory (ITL) that all relevant test results related to specific ITR meets the project requirements
• Conducts Plant and Factory inspection in connection with material approval.
• Soil Investigation for the upcoming projects.
• In house calibration of testing equipments in Road section laboratory
• Testing of construction materials.
