Responsible for undertaking various pre-planned and reactive maintenance
tasks, along with remedial and new installation works. I have maintained a
variety of CCTV systems primarily for supermarkets and some government
contracts, Hotels, Commercial Towers, covering a specific geographical
region, various industries.
 Providing a quality maintenance, fault diagnosis, remedial service and where
required, installation in the most methodical and efficient manner, including
the ability to digest detailed scope of works and working drawings.
 Ensure effective time management for the tasks required.
 Manage and performing the Installation, commissioning and preventive
maintenance activities, commissioning, programming & service of security
systems (Access control and CCTV Cameras)
 Work with the Project Managers and Lead Remote Specialist, to follow
drawings, to complete the implementation and carry out the installation of all
ELV (Extra Low Voltage) security components as required.
 Coordinate and management of small works projects with respect to the
installation and commissioning of CCTV, access control and alarm systems,
UPS and other software systems required.
 Develop systems (CCTV & VMS) Implementation, configuration, testing and
commissioning activities.

Develop and manage the systems technical documentation including reports,
requirements traceability, asset registers, configuration schedules, etc.
 Diagnosed customer issues by asking probing questions and write up repair
orders.
 Assisting other project systems with any interfaces with the CCTV and VMS.
 Coordinated equipment repairs and maintenance.
 Demonstrated proficiency with the installation of Dahua, Hikvision and Bosch
products. Prior experience installing and maintaining CCTV, alarm, access
control and intercom systems, along with LED/Digital display installation.
