Responsible for the delegation of project tasks to employees, ensure assignments are compliance with the policy and procedures.
Review and Approval of Monthly Payments and coordinate with the Finance Division to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
Liaising, interfacing and meeting with Stakeholders, Finance, Legal and Authorities to execution of projects, minimize operational disruptions and mitigate contractual risks.
Assist with the settlement of Claims, EOT and contractual disputes.
Responsible for reviewing and evaluating changes/variations to contract.
Finalizing of Final Account, Penalty, Liquidated Damages, Termination and Close-out.
Formalizing addendum, extension and termination to Contract agreements in order to proceed with contract sign-off and follow-up on implementation in an efficient manner.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure contract compliance and vendor management.
Monitoring and managing overall project budgets by tracking project costs to meet budget and deadline.
Monitoring the performance of the appointed PMCMs, Consultants and Contractors and ensure projects are in line with contract liabilities.
Manage the Vendor’s Management Tasks for Vendor’s Registration and Pre-Qualifications.
Monitoring the Market for alternative source, new products, Suppliers / Contractors, Consultants to meet business requirements.
