A). Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to get the sale.
b). Gathering market and customer information.
c). Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with customers.
d). Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
e). Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
f). Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service.
g). Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

c). Develop and manage distributors and distribution network.
d). Deliver visibility and merchandising of Group brands in line with targets and best practice recommendation.
e). Identify and harness sales development opportunities within area of coverage.

My Duties Was
1. Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
2. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
3. Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
4. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
5. Record, analyse, report and administer according to systems and requirements.
6. Monitoring order processing work also drive the sales force to achieve their monthly targets.
