• Insuring the delivery for Network availability and capacity planning.
• Leading internal originated projects and initiatives in terms of planning, execution and monitoring till entering the operation phase.
• Acting as team Technical advisor on 24/7 basis for major & complex problems and propose solutions to less experienced Core Data Network team members and Data Network First Line Support team and follow up with them to ensure that their deliverables meet the target quality that secure services, image and revenue.
• Succeeded to enforce Security policies and Network Devices hardening with Mobinil Core networks and securing Mobinil Critical services using F5 WAF and LTM in addition to Network FWs like Juniper SRX.
• Leaded proactive revise of complex network designs for new core data network projects and raise any operational concerns prior to implementation and participate in providing solutions to achieve project targets.
• Administered, tested and maintained Core DN elements and links in all switches including but not limited to routers, switches, Load Balancers and network security devices, in addition to any other component added to the network that protect Core services while communicating and working with corresponding service providers.
• Ensure proper integration, testing and operations of all core services; VAS, IN, Voice, SMS, BSS, packet core implemented over the DN while ensuring Quality of service and availability requirements for critical services such as Voice Signaling, HLR/SDM and any prevailing service deemed as critical, to meet business needs.
