Responsibility for handling & coordinating the completion of the Reimbursement/Network claim
processFor Network Claims :
* Receiving network claims from TPA and process throw company system
* Preparing payment lists for finance action
*Follow up payments with finance and TPA
*Prepare Quarterly and yearly closing with TPA
For Reimbursement Claims :
* Receiving and processing reimbursement claim in both company and TPA system
* Preparing reimbursement claim payment for finance action
* Send Claim status to Client
* Follow up on complaints
Responsible for medical claim entry as per policy terms& condition & agreed price with the medical providers'network to ensure the accuracy of entered claims &achieving daily target of 300 claims
bachelor degree in Science & Education Majoring in Chemistry.
