Duties
Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
Coordinate operations
Ensure schedules and objectives are met
Supervise and motivate staff
Monitor operating costs, budgets and resources
Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications
Create reports, analyze and interpret data
Drive recruitment process and training & development
Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines
Customer service standards co-operate with marketing.
Transportation Service Selection.
Inventory management.
Information flows and order processing.
Preparing weekly minutes of meeting.
Management of customer's procedures.
In charge of the following logistic services:
Warehousing (Space determination, stock layout, configuration, stock placement)
Materials handling (equipment selection & replacement policies, order-picking procedures, stock storage & retrieval).
Purchasing (supply source selection, purchase timing, purchase quantities).
Protective packaging (designed for handling, storage, protection from loss/damage).
Cooperate with production/operations (specify aggregate quantities, sequence & time production output, schedule supplies).
Information maintenance (info collection, storage & manipulation, data analysis, control procedures)

Sales Order Assistant.
All correspondence through Outlook mail with the International suppliers.
Supervise the store team and make sure that everything safety in the store.
Make weekly meeting with the team and update our Mind maple to achieve our goals.
Make the monthly reports for our work and hand it to the Director.
Compare the prices in the Market and make the analyses before preparing the orders to the suppliers
Handling the petty cash
Preparing invoices & D/N for the customers..
Receiving & Forwarding all kinds of request from staff to concerned Department.
Type and assist Account Department.
Seminars and Workshops attended & preparing
Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
*Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
*Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive *procedure is used to hire staff.
*Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work related issues.
*Perform other related duties as required.
* Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.

*Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation, personnel, and housekeeping, in order to aid executives.
*Meet with individuals, special interest groups and others on behalf of executives, committees and boards of directors.
*Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
*Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
*Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for offices and/or organizations.
