Running all functions of Royal Builders Company, a medium scale construction company, including signing projects, pricing, planning, managing and following execution of projects until handing over. The scope of this company covered building structure and finishes in many critical projects as a sub-contractor in collaboration of most of reputed contractors in Qatar from high rise projects, malls, palaces and industrial mega projects.
Managed several projects varying from residential buildings to a sensitive ammunition manufacturing facility with a very special and critical requirements & specification for Qatar Armed Forces, which was the first of kind in Qatar. All projects were successfully delivered as fully operational to the end users.
Participated in fast-track projects with very high-end finishes which required hard working and highest coordination with clients and all other projects parties to deliver a high-quality construction.
Participated in the execution of several mega projects fully run by HLG in a highly professional engineering standard. This involved project initiation, safety requirements, material procurement and other logistics.
Site and design engineer in several factory projects, experienced sites and learned the basics of the operations and design.
