Key Responsibilities:
1. Make continuous visits to the customers “CAT customers” to make inspections for the machines using special tools such as:
A. CTS: inspect the weariness in the under carriage “machines which move using track link instead of wheels”.
B. ET or Electronic Technician: CAT scanning tool, indicates the active errors, engine pressure, transmission, engine and hydraulic temperature, injectors pressure, injector solenoid test, fuel pump pressure,
C. SOS or Scheduled Oil Samples: taking samples from the fluids of the machine to get a result of wearing and indicates the life time of the “engine, transmission and hydraulic pump”
D. Visual inspection: take round inspection and check the hoses, GET “Ground Engagement Tools”, engine oil, transmission oil, hydraulic oil, and coolant leaking, gaskets status and hydraulic cylinders.
E. Parts and/or service quotations: upon the inspection which done on the machine, I make estimated quotation.
F. Parts and/or service lead: upon the service meter readings, I advise the customer what kind of services and parts they have to make.
2. Presentation: after getting the results from CTS, ET, SOS, Visual inspection, Parts and/or service quotation and lead, I make presentation which includes all of these reports with the manufacturer recommendations.
3. CSA or Customer Service Agreement: A contract between the dealer and the customer to make all of the required periodic services as per the manufacturer recommendations. Where my job is to explain the advantages and provide them with the best alternatives for them.
4. Parts and service quotations review: Double check on the parts which quoted and to insure that the customer requested complete parts for his repairs and no parts missed on his enquiries, and the same in the service to insure that all of the required repairs are included in the quotation.
5. Process follow ups: The deal process requires intensive follow up from a stage to another (from quotation stage up to invoice the deal).

Working under a large scale company empowered me with a resolute understanding of the work process and business objectives, where I could achieve:
 Ar'ar Branch Initiation: i played a significant role in extending the company's business in the northern province, when Ar'ar branch was first put into operation.
acting as a branch manager, i utilized my delegated authorities and available recourses to achieve a business growth. hence, the branch target of the year after was doubled..
 As a target-oriented team player I succeeded to achieve over target over almost all my stay in Zahid Tractor.
