Responsibility:
• Responsible for Commissioning, testing, and Service after installation of Government Projects.
• Follow-up with the Customer and contractor to make sure things are under control and moving according to the plan.
• Prepare and follow-up proposals and quotations for clients
• Coordinating with vendors to discuss proposals and technical requirements.
• Management, coordination and guiding the project team.
• Experience in Intelligent Transportation System ITS, including fiber optic and wireless communications systems, CCTV, ANPR, vehicle detection systems, traffic signal systems, road-tolling gates.
• Organize and attend client meetings as required.
• Analyze customer needs in details to create RFQs.
• Order, receive and review project material prior to installation.
• Preparing projects documentations ( Resource Plane, AS-IS, SAT, UAT)
• Schedule and Follow up with Technicians to make sure there are no errors in the systems.
• Conduct Training for Customers and end-users on installed Systems.
• Effectively communicate with the customer throughout a project.
• Presenting the company in most security exhibitions.

Responsibility:
• Responsible for installation, maintenance, and design for video surveillance systems.
• Sales support, Site Survey, Product Selection and Materials order required for the projects.
• Designing of ALPR and CCTV system for city surveillance.
• Involving in system design and infrastructure design using AutoCAD.
• Perform testing and commissioning of the installed systems and handover to the parties concerned.
• Attending scheduled weekly meetings.
• ALPR and VMS systems (configuration and testing).

Responsibility:
• Installation, commissioning, configuration, integration, and support of security Product (IP CCTV, ANPR and related Software).
• Dealing with Milestone and Genetec VMS, Axis Cameras, Neology ANPR, Access Control, PSIM - Physical Security Information Management for Command and Control applications.
• Technical Support for Command & control Center projects.
• Responsible for attending to the client requests, preventive maintenance, software upgrades and operators training.
• Assess, approve and administer all CCTV systems, network equipment, hardware, and system’s installations & upgrades.
