Rsponsepelitis
Provide technical support to subscribers fiber-optic lines and copper and interactive TV service in section 906.
• Provides customer service and customer complaint resolution through phone calls, chats and emails
• Manages and juggle all three services at the same time
• Books appointments for mailbox installations
• Raises inquiries about shipments and mail with delivery services
• Deals with customers’ enquirers regarding deliveries specifically for government institutions and companies
• Interacts with customers regarding payment services like traffic fines, etc
• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
• Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
• Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing
• Guides clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
• Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems
• Ensures and exceeds quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities

1- Supervise the network projects and the design of low voltage distribution panels effort.
* Lighting circuits and sockets.
I. I- Swap Testing.
Responsibilities:
-performing SSV using GENEX probe for Huawei BTS
-prepare and submit the SSVR for site Acceptance
-Pre and Post Swap Testing 2G and 3G
-Cut-Over Testing for 2G and 3G (SFT)
II. II- Site Engineer .
Responsibilities:
-Work in Omantel 3G Swap Project (Huawei NodeB 3812E & 3900).
-Swap BTS and connect jumper cable and cable alarm.
