2. Redesign and build and successful completion of Psychiatric Hospital
With one general forman 4 supervisors I controlled the site tel the end of project

7No Transformers 1600KVA each feeding the building
which backed with 3No stand by Generators 1600KVA each

the major plant room contains 3No chillers 631 KW each for

cooling as well as 2No boilers 800 KW each for heating

the load centers controlling the Bldg via 41No MSB & 115 No

final DBs with 11 No FP for landscaping & external lighting

To get a safe way for drugs as well as patients an Underground

link tunnel 380 mt as VO added to connect this new Blg with

the existing old Blg (450 KVA added for this purpose)

Modifying as well as correcting all the electrical works design

complete with low voltage systems( BMS, FA, CCTV, PAS, AVS,

PS, TEL), Handing over successfully all the systems to the proper

local authorities, Essential handing over the project to the end

user & Starting maintenance period from 17th March 2004
