Production line operator:
- Responsibility of production line papering, operating, and monitoring the machine during operation.
- Write daily production report.
Maintenance engineer:
- Maintain electrical cabinets of production lines.
- Program Production lines PLC controller.
- Design and assembly classic control and PLC cabinets.
- Supervisor at the electrical network wiring and preparing apartments electrical work.
- Design and implement main electrical cabinets and electrical cabinets concerned for set of generators for the building systems.
- Design and implement control cabinets that get signals from co2 sensors to run a ventilation system to refresh air in basements.
- Design and implement control cabinets to control set sewage pumps, Water Well Pumps and Vertical Pumps and all tanks level also monitored, taking care of all the protections needed.
- Supervisor at the installation of the firefighting system and draw the required distribution of the sensors and actuators depending on the building.
- Design and implement control cabinets to actuate and monitor status of set of hood fans for building restaurant kitchens.
- Design and implement control PLC (Delta) cabinets that is the brain of the building in which all control and feedback signals is connected to it, include set of pumps (sewage, Water well, Vertical, Desalination station), set of hood fans, Co2 system, controlling sound system, floor lighting, set of generators, control main cabinets (on/off), all tanks set levels, monitor Volt and Amps of all cabinets and load on generators.
- A PLC Cabinet includes a Delta HMI screen for monitor and control purposes.
- Complete PLC code and HMI code has been programmed to make the building fully automated system.
- SCADA screen for the system includes a PC program and mobile application to control and monitor the building systems.
- Documentation for all as build wok and AutoCAD design for cabinets.
- Purchase all electrical components needed for work including cables, CB, MCCB, wires. etc.
- Implement a complete inverter network as backup source of electricity when main electricity cutoff that feeds all necessary systems such as PLC cabinet, emergency lighting... etc.
- Writing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for achievement works and future work plan
- Teach the laboratory of the following engineering courses: Industrial Automation Lab, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Lab, Signals and System Lab, Electrical Machines I, II Lab, Workshop Engineering, I, II, Material Physics Lab.
