processes, handbook and optimizing the structure and roles of the Jeel PMO department

practices, with recommendations presented to CEO and senior management on optimizations required and AI

• Managing a team of 7 SI consultants and SABIC specialists as a Senior Project Consultant with focus on
SAP S/4HANA STAR program & Digital Transformation Projects

• Responsible for the establishment and management of Risk processes and frameworks: identifying
risks, analyzing their impact, evaluating mitigation strategies, implementing controls, and continuously
monitoring their effectiveness and aligning with the ERM and executive stakeholders

• Establishing RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions and Dependencies) Analysis and Management
frameworks using PM management tools such as Azure DevOps and MS Office Suite and associated training
and updates

• Launching Projects Controls and Performance monitoring and reporting via Power BI Dashboards and

• Responsible for the implementation of the multi-year Digital Transformation Portfolio (Projects &
Programs, IT Maintenance, Support and Training) worth over 500 million SAR
