Project : Development of Cornish Waterfront in Jeddah (DCWJ) Phase 4 & 5

Project consists of:
1. Infrastructure Utilities (Gravity, Pressurized & Electrical Systems)
2. Service Buildings & Underground Water Tanks.
3. Retaining Walls, Quay walls, taxi station & Fishing pier.
4. Steel Bridge & Roads Works.
5. Hardscape & Softscape.
Responsibilities:
1. Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as Shop drawings, Procurement and construction of all discipline
2. Developing a complete recovery schedule including resource loading.
3. Participated in preparing impact analysis on the baseline schedule and EOT claims.
4. Participated in preparing risk assessment and contingency plan or preventative measures.
5. Analysis of critical path and restraints to determine effect of changes on the schedule and recommends workarounds to mitigate impacts.
6. Preparing weekly & monthly reports for the status of the project and identifying the critical activities
7. Prepare and update monthly look-ahead & targets schedule that reflect the priority activities.
8. Developing markup drawings for tracking progress at site.
9. Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves) Reports.
10. Participated in developing tender schedules for other projects.
