1. Review and confirm Request to recruit within the approved manpower establishment of the hospital. 2. Receives CVs from multiple sources including international agencies, job sites, walk in and through the I recruitment system. 3. Review and screen CVs from education and experience and matches them to exiting vacancies. 4. Arrange and participate in interviews with head of departments. 5. Establishes ongoing communication with the successful candidates to ensure all documentations provided. 6. Prepare and send letters of offers to candidates and acts as a liaison between the candidate, the direct report and the HR director until offer is accepted 7. Provide applicants with information about the job, tasks, responsibilities, working conditions, terms and conditions of employment. 8. Ensures visa are assigned and that all government requirements are coordinated for visa releasing 9. Liaises with international agencies to organize all processes for document attestation and visa stamping 10. Coordinates mobilization requirements ticketing meet and greet and accommodation needs 11. Greets new candidates on the first day of hire, create candidate file and ID number and enters the personal information into the Oracle system. 12. Introduces the candidates to department 13. Prepares reports and presentations as required
Taking care of business relationships and work flows between the clients and the company Recruit new agents Give required trainings for agents on call center services
1. Assist in recruitment for call center agents and supervisor
2. Define needed training and develop call center script
3. Implement training with external provider by defining the content
4. Help writing the instructions for agents and contribute to workshop
5. Define call center agent role in opening, distributing and logging the back report in the system
6. Help in making the call center trouble free during the first month of operation by organizing feedback to agent to the management and eventually for the software developer
Manage group bookings (flights, hotels, transp, events etc ..) for local and GCC groups
