Responsibilities
• To manage all aspects of camp in the terms of services and administration. Allocate the employees into rooms as per the company rules & regulation; to give a specific site oriented induction to new employees; coordinate with the Head Office HR Dept., Base Admin offices, and Rig managers/ Rig HOA or FSE on any new staff arrival at site and to get the room request forms/daily POB’s.
• To plan, organize and carryout the daily camp activities through the computerized system; monitor the staff daily movements (check in & check out) and to prepare the daily occupancy list and forward the same along with other central camps occupancy combined to the Base camp management.
•
• Safeguarding the employees/occupants welfare by proposing the events, get together, seasonal festivals with management approvals. Help to provide the atmosphere for developing the good moral and well-being among the camp residents.
• Manage to prepare the reports of any untoward incident that may occur in the camp facility for the management action.
• Monitor the safety and security all procedures that may pertain to all camp occupants
• Develop the routines, schedules and procedures of the camp operation; to make a daily and random inspection in the mess hall, kitchen, occupant’s room, all the amenities and camp surrounding area and to prepare the inspection report.
• Prepare monthly reports on daily activities of the camp covering the safety, security, maintenance, employee behaviors, diesel consumption, Water consumption and the occupancy meals records.
• Participate in & coordinate any internal or external (ADNOC Drilling, ADCO, ADNOC or any Third Party) Audit may take place in the camp facilities.
• Responsible for implementing the company HSE policy, safe working practices and all other safety related procedures in accordance with the terms and condition of ADNOC Drilling policies, ADCO policies and ADNOC code of conduct and practices.
.Operations 24/7 for 60 days .
Duties :
• Greeting and directing clients
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Provide accurate information ( product features, benefits, pricing, overall value and after-sales services)
• Answer clients’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparison/customization to facilitate purchasing
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Handle customer complains in a calm and professional manner
• Provide customer feedback to the Line Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Remind customers with expiration dates of their medical insurance policy and arrange renewal.
Duties :
• Responsible for the full 500+ employees shift in terms of attendance and communication.
• Responsible for handling communications with SAAED company.
• Distribution and receiving of tablet devices for MAWAQIF company.
• Data entry of all information from the tablet devices after receiving them
• Inspect tablet devices to ascertain quality, quantity and correct delivery.
• Troubleshoot over phone with support and fix tablet devices with problems.
Duties :
• Design, plan and execute events within the available budget.
• Creativity in updating new technologies to use in events.
• Preparing BOQs for events.
• Maintain phone and email lists for internal/external communications.
• Coordinate with the clients to plan and organize the event.
• Work with suppliers, contractors, employees and other related parties.
• Attend and stay over-time/over-night to ensure the event perfect execution.
• Assist the event-manager in solving problems and take over if needed.
• Finalize billing accuracy with accounting.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and contractors.
• Research and gather business intelligence on upcoming events.
Duties :
• Create layouts using color, illustrations, images and fonts on project requests according to brand guidelines
• Produce graphics such as illustrations, renderings, info graphics, cartooning and logo design for print and electronic publication.
• Create original art, design, development and associated graphics support for a variety of projects to include but not limited to presentations, brochures, forms, illustrations, photographs, promotional materials, posters and postcards.
• Use artistic skills and basic design principles to determine the best visual effect in planning, developing and designing creative materials that are targeted to a specific audience and are consistent with the image of Company’s brand.
• Follows all creative projects from conception to print to ensure the production of the highest quality catalogs, brochures, advertisements and other visual media possible.
• Working in a team environment to contribute ideas for concept development.
