Established Bidding Department.
− Managing Bidding Department.
− To provide all the necessary support & actions required to make a winning Proposal,
which includes but not limited to the followings:
• Providing all necessary templates for bids and proposals and any related
documents.
• Scheduling a time table for each critical bid upon the issuance of the
RFP/RFQ document; including an internal meeting to facilitate and
manage the response to the customer, and to assure best compliance
with customer requirements & expectations.
• Preparing a list of questions raised by technical staff assigned & directing
them to the customer.
• Compiling and consolidating multiple sub-proposals into one unified
proposal producing a complete unified proposal that is well formatted &
quality controlled, to assure the right proposal structure with correct
headings and subtitles.
• Writing executive summary based on international best practices as a
part of the proposal (NOSE approach and four squares approach).
• Updating company profiles and related info required for bidding process
up-to-date.
• Managing bids throughout its life cycle.
• Dealing with bids on which more than one internal division is competing/
participating in an opportunity.
• Assuring that all administrative/logistic requirements in the RFP/RFQ are
met in the proposal.
− Managing complex proposals: producing high quality proposals within Allocated time
lines and as per planned action plan based on process type for each proposal.
− Managing joint venture proposals, main contracting and subcontracting proposals.
− 3rd party vendor management.
− International vendors Management (Oracle, Microsoft, BPM tools, portal Add On
tools, SAP & HP).
− 3rd party Distributors relationship management.
− Web Portals Hosting quotation management.
− Reviewing proposals scope of work.
− Reviewing portal Solutions architecture from bidding point of view.
− Managing Audit sessions related to ISO 9001(quality) compliance and internal Audits.
− Managing Bidding DB system.
− Managing Bidding shared proposals Database folders.
− Working on Dynamics CRM to automate Bidding processes.
− Preparation and revision of Costing sheets for all assigned bids.
− Applying profit margins as per assigned policy.
− Reporting to Management and Business Development.
− Managing and producing various and effective bidding tools to help manage and
orchestrate bidding cycle and to follow up for all the tiny details for all bids.
− Managing, producing and maintaining bidding supporting documents.
− Back office support to sales people, Business Development & presales.
− Managing Bidding central email.
