Responsible for ICU MEDICAL Infusion Plum 360 Pump at MOH and Private Hospitals.
Duties:
• Managing and supporting clinical team in liquidation process by face-to-face visits to check and meet their requirements.
• Conduct presentations, workshops and education programs for customers.
• Built a strong network with our target customers by providing them with high follow up and all updated data related to my products.
• Supporting Staff nurses with all the studies and new data about the products to deliver all massages effectively to my target audience reflected in our sales & service outcomes.
• Preparing monthly and weekly reports which I always stick to my daily visit plan to follow up market visits.
• Understanding and solving any concern raised by the Head Nurse before leaving the visit.
• Reporting any competitors activities in my weekly report which help me and my colleagues to act rapidly against any massage can affect our products.
• Follow up all service issues in all hospitals by conducting twice visits in monthly basis and solving the problems in same day to keep our customers satisfied with our high quality and fast service.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
•Responsible to perform on-site installation and planning site (site planning, site inspection, installation), calibration, repair, preventive maintenance, upgrades and customer training.
•Training consumers in proper operation, repair and maintenance procedures.
•Determining client technical needs and qualifying new products to meet their needs.
•Assisting and supporting sales team in making technical presentations.
•Proactive communication with the sales & marketing team / management about customer activities. Updating and communication of customer support plans and requirements.
•Getting feedback on customer satisfaction and acting on concerns by frequent contacts with customer.
•Understanding the current and future operational support needs of customers.
•Maintenance and completion of all necessary paperwork, and other administrative and safety related documents.
•Undertake other duties of similar nature as May requested by the management / section.
•Participate in the operation of the section’s emergency out of hour’s standby Rota.
•Provide “hand on” experience with specified equipment including testing and troubleshooting system level problems.
•Provide details test results and documentation.
- Biomedical Specialties:
• Provide overall technical support for the installation, troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance for all Dermatology instruments/equipments section. Such as Lasers and IPL, Resurfacing, Hair Removal, Pigmented Lesion, Mesotheraphy, Ultrasound, Massage, Steamer, Cosmetic Products.
• Expert in technical service for CANDELA laser systems (Installations, troubleshooting, testing, repairing, calibration, preventive maintenance, upgrades, maintenance and customer operation training). And Very Good in technical service for BIOS laser system, BioTech and GP Brands. (Installation, testing, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance).
