Human Resources - Compensation and Benefits (Academic)
1- HR Team Committee Member:
a. Re-engineering of all job descriptions in the University in coordination with the HR director.
2- Academic Staff:
A. Review and audit time sheets of part-timers.
B. Prepare notes payable of part-timers for payments.
C. Prepare the Payroll of the Academic Staff including Basic salary, tax, allowances, benefits, additions, deductions, etc...
C. Contact IT Department to generate new ID numbers for joining academics after the completion of their files.
D Receive working-hours list of academic staff and process payments accordingly.
D. Fill up Conference Travel form.
4- Benefits:
a. Record system data related to schooling allowances.
b. Record transportation allowances.
c. Record medical allowance.
5- Data Processing:
a. Prepare notes payable for the academic staff.
b. Prepare the “Annual Academic Staff Directory.
c. Record the academic staff personal information to the system (contracts, salary packages, payment transactions...)
d. Prepare the payment transactions.
6- Others:
a. Follow-up on file completion for the joining academic staff members.
b. Prepare attestations data and submit it for supervisor’s approval.
c. Prepare official tax forms.
d. Prepare the university council’s memorandums for approval.
e. Complete any other assignments upon the request of direct supervisor.
