- Handle all requisitions through the system (ERP) for stationeries, media ads, EDC supplies, etc.
- Manage EDC member enrollment, card printing, code verification, issuance and renewals.
- Handle all Internal Memos (Arabic language) process, signing and follow ups.
- Coordinate effectively with the team, departments, and management.
- Provide administrative support to the department head.
- Facilitate and distribute the Minutes of the Meeting as the Secretary to the Furniture Committee.
- Handle all furniture pull out and replacement requests to obtain approval from the Chairman of the Committee.

- Support the Facilities Management with external contacts as needed.
- Coordinate all Facilities activities, work direction, and support systems.
- Provide administrative support to the Facilities team as receiving work request, assigning work orders.
- show prospective tenants available properties to rent or lease.
- answer questions about the properties.
- complete application and lease form and collect a rental deposit.
- perform a range of property-related duties, such as maintenance.
- Create plans to meet client requirements.
