I am handling three major projects with different specifications in my role as a Materials
Coordinator & Controller and Warehouse Supervisor. Two of the projects involve similar
scopes, including gas wellhead, flow line, riser replacement, skid installation, OHTL, cross
barriers, and road marker activities, while the third project has separate technical and
material specifications. I am responsible for managing multidisciplinary materials and
operations related to mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation, hydrotesting,
welding, pre-commissioning, lifting operations, safety systems, and security systems in
compliance with project and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing complete warehouse and material control operations for multiple high
value industrial and oil & gas projects under strict client and QHSE requirements.
• Supervising the storage, receiving, inspection, preservation, issuance, and
reconciliation of construction and commissioning materials for mechanical,
structural, electrical, instrumentation, hydrotesting, welding, and pre
commissioning activities.
• Handling critical industrial gases such as Argon Industrial Grade 6 M3 (220 CFT),
Oxygen Industrial Grade 6 M3, and Mixture 97% Argon Balance Nitrogen 6 M3,
including monitoring storage conditions, cylinder tracking, pressure handling, and
compliance with SDS/MSDS standards.
• Managing hazardous materials and chemical documentation, including SDS, TDS,
MSDS, MTC, and COC, ensuring full compliance with Aramco standards, project
specifications, and international safety regulations.
• Coordinating cryogenic logistics, gas cylinder handling, pressure vessel safety, and
preservation requirements for sensitive and hazardous materials.
• Maintaining complete ERP and warehouse documentation, including PR, PO, GRN,
MIR, MIV, inventory reports, inspection records, and material traceability
documentation.
• Monitoring inventory levels using FIFO/FEFO systems to ensure material accuracy,
preservation, shelf-life control, and uninterrupted project execution.
• Leading internal, external, third-party, and client audits by ensuring full
documentation readiness, material traceability, warehouse compliance, and
corrective action implementation.
• Coordinating closely with procurement, logistics, engineering, QA/QC, HSE,
vendors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely material delivery and
operational support for critical project activities.
• Conducting material reconciliation, discrepancy investigations, stock verification,
and cycle count to improve inventory accuracy and minimize material variance.
• Ensuring safe lifting, storage, handling, and transportation practices for heavy
equipment, piping materials, gas cylinders, skids, structural items, and critical
project assets.
• Supporting project shutdowns, construction, testing, and commissioning activities
by ensuring immediate material availability and proper coordination with all
departments.
• Implementing warehouse preservation standards and safety controls to maintain
material integrity and prevent damage, loss, or operational delays.
• Managing high-pressure work environments, tight project deadlines, and multi
project coordination while maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and
safety performance.

• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and third-party inspectors for material
inspections, testing, and release approvals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client
requirements, including Saudi Aramco standards and procedures.
• Conduct vendor audits, supplier evaluations, and quality assessments to ensure
approved quality standards are maintained.
• Track, monitor, and report non-conformities (NCRs) and ensure timely
implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain procurement quality documentation, inspection records, material

• Liaise closely with engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning,
and project management teams to ensure quality alignment across all disciplines.

Worked on multiple large-scale and high-rise building projects with different operational
environments, technical specifications, and client standards, including Red Sea Global
projects, ROSHN developments, King projects, SPARK, South Project, AMAALA and various infrastructure projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managed day-to-day warehouse and store operations for large-scale construction,
infrastructure, high-rise, hospitality, residential, commercial, and EPC projects
under demanding schedules and strict client requirements.
• Supervised multidisciplinary material control operations for civil, mechanical,
electrical, plumbing, HVAC, instrumentation, piping, firefighting, telecom,
infrastructure, architecture, and finishing materials across multiple mega projects.
• Controlled complete warehouse activities including material receiving, inspection,

tool/equipment tracking activities.
