To assist the RPM to plan, manage and support all personnel functional activities of the region in strict adherence with divisional personnel policies and procedures and provide all necessary HR support services to all Line Mangers
To assist the regional personnel manager in the management of all regional personnel and HR activities in the region by effectively supervising the team members and networking with the department managers and supervisors in the region.
To assist the Regional personnel manager in the management of recruitment, medical, accommodation and security maintenance activities in the region by sourcing candidates, maintaining data bank of CVs, arranging interview dates, tracking personnel requisitions, reviewing hospital contracts, issuing medical referrals, monitoring medical expenses, liaising with logistics on accommodations and ensuring security to company assets.
To support the HR Division to deliver better employees personnel services in sales division by
reviewing various documents, preparing of performance reports
works in the customer service department providing opening an account and exchange ATM card service. Also serve the customer in all bank account transactions.
Receiving all charity donations and deposit its financial ones in the bank account and and mentoring the charity's warehouse.
Designing advertising boards and brochures with the use of social media for marketing activities.
Responsible for planing and doing investment projects.
Providing all logistical needs.
Acting as General Manager during his absence
