My task was to deploy HP and IBM servers to host e-learning and black-board applications for the students. I implemented Symantec ghost imaging to prepare desktops operating systems and applications in the laboratories and class rooms. My job was to deliver assistance to students and faculty by deploying centralized printing solution as per university account and ID. I was responsible for ensuring seamless flow of work by troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues with IP-phones, printers and workstations.
