* Assist HR business partner in implementing any strategic local or corporate HR
projects
* Implement recruitment policies to ensure professional and qualified candidates are
recruited.
* Support all job holders to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities and
KPI’s.
* Coordinate with the line managers to set proper manpower plans/budget in
coordination with the regional HR business partner.
* Coordinate with the preferred regional training providers and regional recruitment

* Decrease Turnover rate and increase retention rate.
* Review station reports (turnover, surveys), analyse reports in coordination with
station/country manager to solve any problematic issues to retain employees.
* Ensure to pass all internal and external station HR and Training audits.
* Maintain and update the station’s hiring budget based on the current hiring needs, to
avoid deviations.
* Enhancing the communication between the management and the employees and
ensure that all employees are informed of all info related to their job and rights.
* Keep HR teams informed with any legal changes/updates Interact with government
authorities to facilitate any PRO related process.
* Monitor all issuance/renewal company licenses with PR team.
* Monitor all issuance/renewal/cancellation of work permits, visa.
Coordinate with the accounting team to prepare the monthly payroll sheet
