- The team support day to day operation and analyze the processes for new requirements or enhancement

- Work with Service desk, IT project managers to ensure systems are up and running, also monitor through agreed KPI's. The systems are ProcureCAT (Jcatalog), Schlumberger Web Procurement System (Commerce one), Lawson, Oracle, SAP, eTravel, Ariba integration, etc.
- Manage the projects and budget within the portfolio and ensure the service transition completed to support.
- Manage the relationship with the vendors within manage service/resources contracts basis.
Job Summary:
Managing all the eCommerce B2B and B2G services in operation with over 8B USD billing transactions. Identifying opportunities for improvement, strategy development for sustainable growth in the Sales and billing processes through multiple business systems (Comcat, FTL, Siebel CRM/Invoicer, eZview, Lawson), and measurement of operational performance for the organization. Reporting to the Global eCommerce IT Manager, working with the Business Process Managers, global internal and clients management worldwide, suppliers and end users.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Analyzes trends, statistics to create action plans for process improvement and Implements tools that execute processes more efficiently.
- Define, implements and tracks Metrics and key performance indicators (KPI) in line with company and management goals to measure adoption of applications and processes
- Works with Process Support to improve user processes and process adherence
- Develops and maintains process documentation
- Drives the change management process
- Initiates, develops, and shares best practices, policies, and procedures across their organization
- Translates high level requirements into function specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to the specifications

- eInvoice and PO integrations for Saudi Aramco, Devon, Nobel and Oxy, Qatar RasGas and BP Egypt, Norway Statoil, Chevron in 12 countries through Ariba SAP (all continents), India Carin,
- MI/SMITH to Statoil integrations using Lawson eCommerce Middleware JCAPS.
- Lawson ERP upgrade and Middleware migration.
- As a business analyst and IT manager, I gather tax and internal as well as external business requirements; provide guidance of data mapping and digital signature generation; and conduct change management.
SAT, Mexico tax authority, requires that any transaction Issued by the Mexico legal entities of Schlumberger, MI-Swaco and Smith through Lawson or Oracle will comply with the new electronic tax reporting standard, Comprobante Fiscal Digital a través de Internet (CFDI) by April, 2012.
The project yields to the process realignment of the entire Geomarket from operations, marketing and sales and finance functions. In addition, the efficiency and centralized processes will ease the burden of audits and tax return reporting which reduces attrition and achieves multi-million dollar savings
