GC10106300 - Automation up gradation for JMDS .
•Scope includes build new control building, new security house installation and all related civil work ( external work and MEP )
•Procurement, installation and commissioning of new DSC system
•Field civil work trenching for almost 10 KM including sand bidding and backfilling and making of 29 Duct bank including asphalting for laying the instrument cable in and making and installation and water proofing and backfilling for around 600 nos of concrete foundation for JB and F&G detector support .
•My responsibility for a whole site with a strong plan, I’m responsible for part of a project and report to a more senior manager, who may be taking care of several projects at the same time.
•Before work starts, I get things ready by taking on staff, and preparing the site, carefully planning the work to be done and installing temporary offices for site staff.
•While work is taking place, I’m monitoring progress, oversee delivery of materials and carry out safety checks and sort out any problems which could hold up work as they arise. I’m also keeping in close contact with members of their site team at all times, and liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners. I will also ensure that work complies with building regulations and health and safety legislation as well as other legal requirements.
•I’m also keeping the client updated regularly on progress. Finally, I’m also acts as the first point of contact for members of the public and sub-contractors.
•It is the responsibility of me to make sure that the deadline for completing work is met, and at least share some of the responsibility if someone on our site has an accident.
•Make sure that all the activities which done are inspected by our QAQC and client and to make sure that whole the team following the QAQC regulation.
GC08103400 - Replacement of Instrument Air Compressors K-1112 and K-1113 at Fahahil Stripping Plant in the Dukhan Fields.
•Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning of the Instrument Air compressor system, Upgrade at Fahahil stripping Plant in Dukhan
•Scope includes installation of new IA piping system and Modification of existing compressor control system
•Two (2) new instrument air compressor packages to replace the existing compressors K-1112 and K-1113 at FSP. Each new compressor package will consist of one air compressor, inlet filter/silencer and coolers. Both compressors will be housed in a fully enclosed ventilated shelter.
•Integrated common control system for all new and existing I. A. compressors at FSP.
•Integrated common control system for existing air dryer packages at FSP. The new control system shall be housed in fully enclosed IP-65 and air-conditioned vertically mounted panel.
•All electrical power supply equipment, cabling, fuse switch cassettes, MCC / switchboard modification for the new I.A. Compressors at the New Compressor shelter and at the existing essential services 415V switchboard Tag# 11-SB-0006-2 or main 415V switchboard tag# 11-0006-1 in substation-A (subject to adequacy calculations / checks by CONTRACTOR to select most suitable source of power for the new I.A Compressors).
•Distribution boards (2 Nos) IP-56, complete with 250A incomer, motor feeder 200A, I.A. compressor auxiliary supplies, electrical control panel supply and spare ways as per QP standards/ specifications.
•Secured UPS power supply for the proposed Integrated Common Control System.
•Earthing bonding of new equipment and structure and connect to existing plant earthing grid, including any new earthing pits rods to be drawn into the ground required to achieve minimum earthing resistance as per approved standards.
Replacement of the existing HVAC with in all Dukhan plants including all the related civil works .
This project involves Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning.
•Upgrade and Replacement of Existing 72 Nos. Street Lights with Light Poles 9 meter high, hinged type, hot tip galvanized, with flanged fixing base and extended luminaries, fixing arms and ex junction boxes.
•Installation of new 12 Nos. 3.3KV RMUs, installation of 3.3kV/415V transformer, installation of feeder pillars, installation of flood lighting fixtures, installation distribution panels with photocell and lighting control panels.
•Power cabling up to 3.3KV via trench of nearly 1500 mts, cable underground termination and jointing (LV & HV). Laying and termination of Earthing cables, etc.
Manage with technical support to the project team on coordinate with other divisions to complete the project successfully by giving tasks to the team leaders for every week and taking feedback about the work from site engineer.
Manage and implement the proper handling regarding the maintenance of the following light fixtures including control gears, fluorescent tubes, ballasts, igniters, MCB, etc.
Preparation of test procedures and field quality plan for the execution of electrical testing activities.
Reports and record discrepancies and corrective actions and other activities done during the shift.
Over all in charge in construction site with regards of field operation, manage all activities in accordance with the contract and physical standards.
In charge in concreting works, prepared daily pouring schedule, check and inspect delivered concrete ready mix as per specification requirements.
Prepare daily accomplishment report regarding concreting works of the project.
Raise requisition for quotations and purchase order’s of materials necessary for the project in co ordination with procurement department by proving required technical information and follow up the delivery of the material.
Attending the Progress meetings with clients.
Review of all design documentations and drawings & keep records of the submittals.
Prepare necessary documents, logs and records for all activities involved in the projects.
Maintain of the faulty cooler rooms, fridges and the HVAC.
Call off project (Street light maintenance within dukhan township)

Responsibilities:

•Installation of cooling tower fan motors, Chilled water pump, Condenser water pumps.

•Termination of 11 KV cables to transformers, 3.3 KV cables to transformers, Laying of 0.6 KV cables up to 185 sq mm size, termination & jointing of LV cables.

•Support for testing of cables like DC high pressure test, egger test, continuity test with testing team
