• Meet the big customers when a strong technical negotiation needed, to make sure reaching to win-win solution to gain the projects.
• Build, maintain, and Improve relationship with the current and prospective customers.
• Lead and manage the Electrical Product Engineers.

• Check and approve the design that done by the Engineers.
• Improve the Drawings, Materials specifications, and design criteria.
• Give recommendations to the maintenance department how to solve the complex issues.
• Initiate the Research & Development Projects to improve the product.
• Draw the Schematic Diagrams for the special projects.
• Search for new raw materials suppliers with better quality and lower cost

• Prepare Designs, Electrical Drawings, Selections and other Technical Specification.
• Select the Electrical Components (Cables, VFDs, Soft Starters, Circuit Breakers, and Protective Devices for the Motors).
• Test the new controllers and received materials.
• Make all of the calculations, documentations, and schematic diagrams that needed for any Project.
