• Communicate sales plans and targets to the Shop team, monitor performance on an ongoing basis, and suggest corrective actions to hierarchy when needed
• Assign routine and non-routine tasks and set the schedule for the Sales Associates
• Keeping the staffs updated on polices and product knowledge
• Managing and motivating the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Handling the maintenance of inventories and placement of product orders to ensure effective stock management and availability of products
• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits
• Managing the monthly and weekly reports
• Monitoring what local competitors are doing
• Handle customer complaints in in a timely manner
