Manage the whole design process activities run by international and local consultants.
Identify and Manage Projects' Scope.
Develop and control schedules of design activities.
Manage Bidding Process reference to design services.
Liaise with CRM & operation.
Mange Customer Modifications.
Manage and control Changes in design and construction.
Evaluate bidder’s proposals and Negotiate contract terms and conditions.
Liaise with retail tenants to ensure their compliance with company's tenant manual and retail fit out guidelines.
Liaise with Interior designers and suppliers in Fit out both retail and residential units.
Monitor Work Progress construction activities to ensure alignment with project approves scope and manage site RFIs, Submittals...etc.
Coordinate between Different disciplines and revise BOQ’s and specifications to ensure compliance with the design drawings.
o Develop, maintain and update analysis reports, follow up and status reports, transmittal and submittals logs...etc.
Manage & Coordinate the work of Project Architects and the balance of a multi-disciplined team throughout the entire projects development in order to carry out the engineering products (drawings & documents) needed for construction.
Develop and Manage Design management documents (TOR, time schedules, millstones, reports ... etc).
Carry out Architectural construction documents (Drawings, BOQ’s and Specs) for buildings types and master plan items.
Prepare periodical Progress Reports and Analysis schedules to monitor works progress with External Consultants during Design Phases.
o Develop, maintain and update reports and schedule to monitor work progress with External Consultants and designers, follow up reports, status reports, transmittal and submittals logs...etc.
Manage and Coordinate projects’ data and reports with other Disciplines/Departments internally and external consultants.
Manage the Preparation and submission of all documents and drawings needed for permits and/or authorities approvals for all projects.
Manage all projects data and documents:
o Provide drawings packages for all buildings and projects’ components.
o Update and keep records for recent and Historical documents or data in an organized way to facilitate documents distributions and system.
o Provide Area analyses and units break downs.
o Keep record for Contracts, addendum and invoices for external consultants.
o Provide Permit drawings, develop and submit Gov. and Authorities packages (reports, area analyses, studies…etc).
o Maintain folders structure and file naming system for all documents to facilitate accessibility.
Manage and Control Change process; study, review, evaluate and follow up on approvals, and coordinate between Project parties.
o BIM Management:
Initiating and Manage BIM unit team.
Responsible to Laydown BIM strategies, Execution plans, protocols, developing and enforcing BIM workflow and maintaining process &standards.
o BIM Support:
Provide BIM/REVIT technical support and help resolve BIM/REVIT design issues & conflicts through project phases.
Follow up on project work - modeling and detailing.
Follow up and assist project teams in BIM/REVIT project setup and model Kick-off.
Train and oversee the day-to-day activities of the BIM Specialists/coordinators to ensure BIM standards are maintained.
o Quality Check & control:
Asses and Evaluate BIM processes and issue performance reports.
• Report on the company’s current and projected state in regards to BIM implementation Creation and maintenance of the BIM/REVIT documents, template files, library/families to assure consistency and company standards.
Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all drawings produced.
o Manage BIM related resources.
• Set and Provide training schemes.
• Coach and Support different teams.
• Provide technical orientation to New Hires regarding BIM tools.
• Test new hires skills in BIM.
• Follow up on Hard/software capabilities.
• Follow up on new trends, software and technologies.
Lay down the general plan for the design process and Design Department Strategic targets in the organization.
Participate in Projects selections/assessment.
o Involve in Defining Project Selection Criteria in view of Org. Strategic Goals.
o Study and Evaluate Tenders invitations in coordination with Business development department.
Prepare Design and/or Consultancy services scope, schedules as a part of Bid process.
Manage Stakeholders for the selected project at the very beginning of project initiation.
o Define Stakeholders.
o Identify Stakeholders Interests and influence.
o Handle direct contact and communication with all stakeholders.
Develop and Manage Project Scope and define deliverables.
o Gathering and collecting Data from Sites (Field trips) including architectural survey.

Produce conceptual drawings & sketches, 3D models & animation.
Produce Design Schematic Report.
Present Design Products to concerned stakeholders.
o Manage Design Development process.
Enhance Conceptual design and translate it to measurable components
• Produce detailed architectural working drawings.
• Produce materials take-off schedules.
• Produce Furniture, Fixtures &Equipment schedules.
Coordination with different parties to ensure compatibility with design concept and project scope.
• Revise other disciplines in view to approved architectural design.
o Manage Construction Documents
Produce design drawings and documents with certain level of detail for bidding process.
Revise BOQ’s and specifications to ensure compliance with Architectural drawings.
Participate in Project Construction management tasks:
• Budget Discussions.
• Contracts’ terms and conditions preparation.
• Project milestone schedule during execution phase.
• Project Risks Assessment.
• Project procurement process.
• Managing change orders and variations.
o Study each change request and its technical impact with reference the scope, and time.
• Involved in project supervision during construction phase.
o Review site reports and arrange a periodical site visit to supervise project during construction phase.
Implement and Maintain BIM management system in the organization.
o Plan, establish, develop and maintain BIM Management system in all projects.
o Provide all required training and technical Support for the users and issue performance reports.
o Support and Mentor all Design Department teams in reference to the BIM system and standards.
Prepare design progress reports and perform design process assessment periodically.
o Prepare periodical progress report for top management.

o Implement Green Buildings design Concepts to pay back for the environment and community.

currently i am still a Master program student at the same university with total GPA of 3.4 including courses in Humanities, Theories of Architecture, Project management, maintenance & restorations, advanced computer applications ...etc.
