Ahmad Al Refai

Operating as a Customer Service Officer in Khaldiya branch. I provide banking solutions and advice to clients through the array of banking tools and products available. My daily tasks include and are not limited to: opening new accounts, credit cards sales, ATM cards, letters of guarantees, standing orders, pay orders, telex transfers, leasing and loans. I am directly responsible for the branch safety deposit boxes which are under my custody. I also tend to VIP and IP customers constantly. One of my main objectives is to resolve any client issues in coordination with the concerned departments. I provide constant feedback and recommendations to upper management to provide solutions or easier ways to serve our customers. Through my customer service persona, I successfully preserve the long term relationship our clients have with the bank.
2014 Performance: I was awarded a certificate for my credit card sales numbers, and ranked 6th in credit card sales throughout the entire bank. My overall yearly evaluation was a 4/4 or Very Good.

Interned for 1 month
Worked with the Marketing and PR department. Participated in enhancing strategic messages and helped organize the annual report. Also prepared a daily content analysis on competitors, through surveying their advertisements in the local mediums. Helped and participated in organizing the Open day event for employees.

Enrolled in an internship training venue for 1 month
Worked with the sales and customer service team. Handling rate enquiries from customers, providing quotations, sending booking confirmations, and corresponding with branches abroad.
