Ensure regular follow ups on the orphans and their families' condi'ons through yearly home visits. Assist in raising awareness amongst groups on policy and procedures, child and woman rights and protec'on issues. Referral of orphans and their families to have access to any available assistance within IRJ (i.e safeguardingm, health, livelihoods, etc) and other local and interna'onal organiza'ons. Ensure sponsorship cash assistance to the orphans are delievered on 'me and fully. Coordinate with internal (Programme, Finance, Log. & Proc., PR, Admin, MEAL and other departments) and external (government departments, clusters, other organiza'on's representa'ves working in assigned areas, community ac'vists, guardian groups, child protec'on services providers and sponsored families) stakeholders on child and woman related ma'ers.
Specialized in development studies (political, economic and social) through communication, culture and environment. I worked as a social researcher with UNRWA during my university studies. I work as a Education program coordinator at the Questscope Foundation for Social Development in the Middle East, funded by the USAID cooperation with the Ministry of Education , now I working as a program assistant with the Islamic Relief Jordan office
