Using Odoo accounting software:
* Recording daily journal entries related to the operation department petty cash, Mandoups petty cash, and bank transfers.
* Reconciling bank statements where preparation of a monthly report is required.
* Reconciling related party transactions and preparing a monthly report including sister companies' and parent company's current accounts.
* Creating an asset tracking report to monitor new company assets and ensuring proper depreciation according to the fixed assets policy.
* Preparing a monthly report of all deferred expenses and amortizing them based on its duration.
* Recording payroll on monthly basis in the Odoo system by splitting the expenses into admin and operation.
