Service Parts Logistics Supervisor

1. Check inventory accuracy daily through system comparison, cycle count and semiannual counts.
2. Classify physical storage location within warehouse into unrestricted area, and Block area, and manage them respectively.
3. Monitor efficiency of warehouse utilization periodically.
4. Manage Packing according to customer request.
5. Process of dividing storage space in warehouse, both physically and in system, according to purpose of usage so as to store and manage products efficiently.
6. Process of transferring inventory between storage locations and warehouses for securing inventory availability and balancing inventory between locations.
7. Process of stock-write off and manage physical scrapping with an authorized scrapping company.
8. PDA Scanners maintenance and support.
9. Parts return and Warehouse claims against shortages, damages, etc.
10. Warehouse suppliers’ management such as packing materials and labels.
11. Outbound operations; Prepare pick/pack labels for LSP team.
12. Arrange delivery schedule and execute billing.
13. Share daily outbound tracking report to LSP EDI team and follow ups.

Supervise all warehouse operations and activities For Customer Service (Parts Operations).
In charge of warehouse operation & participate in all warehouse operation and activities and ensure data updates on the warehouse management system (WMS).
Ensure that all activities are done as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Supervision on Inventory (Daily, Weekly, semi annual &annual Cycle Count).
Handled 3PL (3rd party logistics) warehousing, inbound, outbound, arrangement, and monitor the warehouse utilization.
Tracking shipments import and export and coordinate with agent and verify of shipping documents.
Follow up the customs operation and actual time of arrival to warehouse (ATA, ).
Check the declaration and air waybill for the shipments (Incoterms, HS Code, Value Invoice and Number of Package).
Lead Time Management (tracking of shipments to meet the buyers agreed upon delivery dates).
Provides guidance and support to the warehouse operations team members in prepare warehouse utilization reports and prepare the clients invoices and send them to the finance department.
Logistics Cost Centre (LCC) (for freight and warehousing)
Support the operation team in creating purchase order Local delivery orders.
Supervision on payments to customs that is by arranging with finance department to transfer customs duties to the customs department.
