• Currently leading the national Musaned Program, acting as Program Director with 80 employees.
• The Program improves the KSA labor market - acting between the private and public sectors - introducing innovative solutions and e-services for both service providers and consumers. The program scope involves seven countries (the international component of the program is called eTawtheeq and includes negotiations with overseas governments, international system development / deployment and international technical training), 1.5m employers (agencies and end-employers), documents more than 386k contracts and enables labor-providing countries to monitor and control any labor contract before the final departure of their citizens. Musaned also provides detailed information about each contract and thorough reports about employees. Employees can apply for KSA roles online. The solution is flexible, comprehensive and customizable and self-sustainable.
• Develops program strategy and translates it into workable and effective operational delivery plans.
• Oversees day-to-day delivery and reports on progress / KPIs to senior Takamol leaders.
• Develops processes and frameworks to govern the various projects / work streams within the program.
• Closely monitors potential risks & issues and escalates to senior management as required.
• Establishes projects and work streams priorities.
• Liaises with senior stakeholders (governments/employers etc) to ensure buy-in and continued support.
• Identifies training and development needs to support the professional development of individual employees in the program.
• Worked in a business development role earlier at Takamol and has also worked on various other projects.
• The program has been recognized as the most successful program in Takamol; 2015.
• The program services have been evaluated by the National Center of Performance Measurement (Adaa) and received a "high satisfaction" rating.
