• Providing pre-sales technical assistance.
• Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business
transactions with customers.
• Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery within the time frame.
• Providing training and producing support material for new members of the sales
team.
• Keep up to date on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, and
the latest product-line developments and how to implement these technologies.
