- Communicating with 3PL’s companies to clarify their issues and solve it immediately.
- Collaborating with other departments to provide the best quality of our services
- Follow up with the restaurant orders, issues and inquiries.
• Handling complaints to building strategies for improving the overall customer experience and fostering loyalty.
• Responding to customer inquiries.
• Answering questions about a company's products or services.
• Collecting, following-up and analyzing customer feedback.
• Responding the tasks commanded by the Team Leaders
• Responsible for Turkey visa applications.
• Follow up the process carefully.
• Data entry and reporting.
• Assist with the coordination of operational requirements- Perform any other related duties as directed by the operation supervisor.
