*Analyze financial information to produce forecast of business for use in decision making.
•Develops business plans, forecasts, budget comparisons, profit analysis, and other financial reports.
•Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports.
•Prepare plans of action based on financial analyses.
•Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze and report information.

•Preparing financial reports applying International accounting standards.
•Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, capital, and prepare relevant reports to summarize current and projected company financial position per Management requirements.
•Preparing company budget and the forecast for the current year comparing to the previous year based on the information received from departments’ managers (Sales, Marketing, Production, Field Service...)
•Reviews supplier’s invoices against relative Purchase Orders. Report discrepancies if any.
•Reviews inventory receipts against supplier invoices. Report discrepancies if any.
•Compare Stock Valuation Report prepared by stores with the accounting records, investigate and adjust discrepancies if any.
•Prepare supplier’s payment requisitions according to their payment terms.
•Prepare Bank, Supplier’s, Receivables and affiliated companies accounts reconciliation, reports reconciling items and follow up clearing them.
•Prepare and update the monthly payroll sheets for expatriate and local employees.
•Keep itemized records for all company Fixed Assets updated.
•Preparing the consolidated performance report with the subsidiaries.
•Supervise and monitor department’s staff activities. Provide training when required.
•Trial and evaluation of new software program (EDGO XP System).
•Assist the Group Accounts Manager in handling and closing the holding company accounts.
•Responsible for handling and closing accounts of 17 entities operating in more than 10 countries (Europe, North America, Africa and Asia) .Prepare financial statements, budgets, performance reports and forecasted income statements for these companies.
•Responsible with the Accounts Manager for preparing the group consolidated budget, performance and forecast reports.
•Training Accountants for some of the entities on the group accounting system.
•Participated in stock count in Libya and Cairo.
•Monitoring and supervising the accounting staff in the department work and evaluating their performance.
•Preparing journal vouchers, debit/credit notes and follow up the company collections.
•Preparing staff salaries, staff income tax calculations, follow up staff social security. Follow up with the income tax department to obtain clearance of staff.
•Pursue local companies’ income tax to get the clearance from tax department.
•Follow up the local companies’ sales tax.
•Follow up Group investments portfolios and expected dividends to ensure proper allocation.
•Supervision of the performance and achievement of the foundation yearly plan.
•Revision of forecast and strategic plan in accordance with market indicators.
•Coordinate with the personnel department regarding all aspects of employment. (Salaries, Leaves, Rewards, Social Security … etc).
•Preparing budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
•Assets in preparing the periodical and consolidated financial statements.
•Supervising and handling all duties of the accounting department (Daily transactions, Banks relations ... etc).
•Reporting all the financial information to management.
