* Prepare short-term plans to conduct marketing research for company's products.
* Study of competing products in the market and reporting.
* Submit reports on the competing products on the market in terms of quantities and prices available.
* Submit studies about consumers and their needs.
* Provision of market information to assist in product development.
* Participate and supervise the preparation of plans for advertising products.
* Follow-up sales of products and propose appropriate solutions to increase sales.
* Provide information on imported products to the markets of Saudi Arabia.
* Measuring customer satisfaction for products through questionnaires.
* Provide information to the salesman and distributors for product specifications and method of use.
* provide evaluation forms about customer complaints which received from complaints boxes in showrooms through unloading data complaints and contacting with customer, after that I’m send it to competent authority.
* provide evaluation forms about showrooms which include the assessing overall performance (uniforms-hygiene- files ...), and showing products.
Usually I do many responsibilities of Assistant Marketing Manager like: (Research new markets, Determine new market channels, Contact follow-ups on sales prospects, Coordinate with marketing groups to facilitate functions).
