Responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining business critical applications, remote access and application virtualization technologies, folder structures and related policies for TDM Group and its customers. In addition to training and supervising the TDM Group technical staff chosen to work in these areas and managing related projects.
My responsibilities as an IT systems engineer in the core services team included managing and providing technical support for the IT systems of TDM Group and its customers, in addition to participating in projects, and designing and implementing IT solutions. The technologies I worked with as part of this team include Microsoft products (Windows domains, SQL Server, Hyper-V, etc), Citrix (XenApp, XenDesktop, Provisioning Services, NetScalar Access Gateway and CloudBridge), VMWare vCenter and ESXi solutions, Linux servers (Web, database, and DNS), Veeam Backup and Replication and other technologies.
In TDM Group I worked as part of the helpdesk team. My responsibilities there included dealing with TDM's customers as a first line of support, and categorizing the incoming problems and either deal with them directly or escalate them to the right team.
- Providing training and support courses in using C++ programming language, and IT skills for university students and interested individuals from the local community.
- Participating in organizing and running conferences and other events (open days etc).
i was a trainee in the company as part of he requirement of my Bsc. study. my role was an Oracle developer, where i worked as part of a team responsible for creating Oracle reports and Forms as part of a project to create an agricultural information database for the ministry of agriculture in Jordan.
my duties were:
-Creating Oracle reports.
-Creating oracle forms.
-Meeting the customers and discussing progress in the project.
- Modules include: Intelligent systems for management, Managing projects, people and finance, Decision support for management, Risk and opportunities management, E-commerce, Quality and information systems strategy. - Dissertation about Creating an approach to motivate IT professionals in small medium sized organizations.
-Core modules Object oriented programming, Databases, Advanced databases, Software engineering, System analysis, UML, 4th generation languages, Information systems, Java, C++, Management, Economy, Accounting. -Graduation project: title “Creating a virtual class system using Moodle” -got "good" honors degree.
