a high-capacity infrastructure of over 4000 I/O tags.

• Deploy end-to-end MOC packages, authoring logic modifications, P&ID updates, control narratives, alarm

• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for process disturbances and plant trips utilizing
historical alarms, trends, and event sequence logs.
• Validate safety loop integrity during annual plant TAR, executing functional SIL proof testing, stroke
testing, and full loop checks alongside the operations team.
• Manage control system asset reliability, evaluating hardware spare parts and conducting technical
inspections on incoming vendor materials to secure system availability.
• Engineered the logic design, loop configurations, and MOC execution for critical plant sub-systems,
including hazardous-area local beacon indications (Coldboxes/Analyzer Houses).
• Developed the complete logic structure and data mapping for a plant-wide operational cost and
profitability monitoring dashboard.
• Coordinated with global engineering teams and vendors on critical DCS software documentation
updates and hardware modernization schedules.

▹ Completed 2 projects on Temperature Monitoring and Conveyor-Belt systems from conception to completion
