▹ Selecting control schemes, identifying appropriate control system, managing enquiry specification preparation and selecting instruments based on type of application
▹ Troubleshooting, analysing and maintaining logics in Siemens PCS 7 DCS to efficiency

▹ Anchoring erection & commissioning of instrument and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time by effective resource utilisation to maximize the output
▹ Monitoring simulation and loop checking of various instruments as per company standards / specifications
▹ Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of 3 DCS engineers team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of project targets
▹ Developing and maintaining process in accordance with internal and external quality guidelines
▹ Monitoring quality systems & compliance with pre-set standards; troubleshooting and maintaining requisite documents to ensure complete in-process quality & improvement in process capabilities
▹ Executing customer centric operations by understanding user’s problem by providing troubleshooting and giving support towards maintenance of systems
▹ Worked with 2 Instrumentation Engineers for troubleshooting and repair of the Yokogawa Company’s CENTUM CS 3000 R3 DCS
▹ Completed 2 projects on Temperature Monitoring and Conveyor-Belt systems from conception to completion
▹ Part of a team of 7 instrumentation technicians responsible for calibrating and replacing transmitters of varying types each day, including level and flow transmitters; checked and replaced various gauges, including temperature and pressure gauges.
